Ever find yourself spending a Saturday meticulously writing comments on student work when you'd rather be spending time with your family and friends?

Maybe you'd love to be the teacher who establishes regular positive parent/guardian communication, but you can't figure out where *those* teachers are finding the time to do it.

Or perhaps, you'd like to (respectfully) set time boundaries with your administrator or quit putting off the uncomfy parent/guardian conversation around student behavior.
Enter: Teacher Communication Club
The communication-is-the-easiest-task-on-my-to-do-list membership for teachers that delivers weekly templates to build rapport with families, hold professional boundaries, and give personalized feedback to students... all for $9/month.
Note: You First Members don't need to sign up for Teacher Communication Club - It's included in your You First Membership!
Let me know if this sounds familiar...

You find that your communication tasks (I'm talking email and feedback) take hours to complete... hours you'd rather spend with the people and passions you love.

You DREAD opening your inbox on Monday morning because you know you're going to be met with disgruntled parents or guardians wondering why you haven't responded to their email from.... Saturday.

You feel anxiety over the weekend because you're worried about what emails you might be missing, and even though you swore you'd stay unplugged, you check it anyways... just in case.

Grading is the bane of your existence. You know it's important for students to get complete feedback quickly, but it takes you an average of 10-15 minutes per assignment to provide the level of feedback your students deserve.

You often find yourself feeling drained after writing emails because you feel like you're walking a tightrope trying to say *just the right thing* to maintain your boundaries without upsetting your administrator or a students' family.
And that's where TCC comes in.

Teacher Communication Club gives you back the hours and energy you're currently spending on communication so that you can fully enjoy your whole life outside of school.

Imagine rolling into school on Monday morning, coffee in hand, knowing that the last emails you sent out on Friday? Positive emails that celebrated student successes.

Knowing that you've set clear communication boundaries with students and parents, confident they know you'll respond when your contract hours start again.

Logging in to your computer and actually seeing that inbox for the first time in over 48 hours because you have no desire to look at your email when you're off the clock.

Actually feeling like you're in control of your pile of grading because you have a process to efficiently and effectively provide personalized feedback... all in under 3-5 minutes per student.

Knowing exactly what to say to communicate about delicate topics, including student behavior, saying no to asks outside your contract, or asking to miss a staff meeting if your planning time has already been taken.

Yeah, TCC does all that.

Hi there, I'm Jen Manly.
In my first two years of teaching, I worked 60+ hour weeks.
I have a very distinct memory of pulling an all-nighter before report cards were due just to make the deadline.
And then, getting a project management certification changed everything for me.
Over the course of a few years, I started treating teaching like a profession, rather than a “calling.” Not because I didn’t feel deeply called to teach (I did and still do!) but because I realized that sacrificing my well being for teaching wasn’t just bad for me, it was actually bad for kids, too.
Since 2022, I’ve been creating content to help great teachers work reasonable hours without compromising their effectiveness. I’m not for everyone, but I AM for teachers who love teaching, put kids first, and KNOW that mastering strategic teaching is critical to them staying in the profession long term.
One thing that teachers constantly tell me I help them with? Communication.
Specifically, communicating boundaries, navigating tricky situations with parents and admin, and giving feedback that helps kids take action to grow.
And that’s where Teacher Communication Club
comes in.
Why Teacher Communication Club?
Because communication is a massive part of a teacher’s job, both in terms of time and energy.
And it makes sense, right? Teachers communicate in multiple ways with multiple different audiences every day. Communication needs to be professional, while still being warm. It needs to build relationships while also helping you hold boundaries.
That level of nuance is a task that’s highly creative and inherently requires task switching.
So it got me thinking: What if I could create a resource that helps teachers put their communication on autopilot?
What if I took care of achieving the perfect balance of “I care deeply about the kids and the team” and “I’m a professional, and this decision isn’t open for debate?”
What if I gave you the tools to be able to proactively communicate so that every interaction is a win-win?
And what if I could do it at a truly unbelievable price for the value?
Learning how to communicate like the professional you are will change your relationship with your job because it will give you back time AND help you establish boundaries. You’ll get to spend more time doing the work you really love, and less time in your inbox.
Let’s make communication the easiest part of your teaching job.
FAQs
How much time can I expect to save with TCC?
While everyone's experience is unique, many teachers report saving an hour or more each week using our templates and skeletons. Even better? TCC resources are sanity saving because they'll save you precious mental energy.
Can I use these templates for any grade level?

Absolutely! Templates and skeletons are designed to be flexible and adaptable. For grading skeletons, multiple versions will be shared so every educator has a version that's age-appropriate.
Is there a minimum commitment?

TCC is a monthly subscription, and we want you to be blown away by the value. We hope you'll stay forever, but you can cancel anytime, no questions asked.
When do new templates drop? How will I know about live events?

Each week's resource will be live in your portal on Monday at 5am Eastern. If you've opted into email (we hope you do!), you'll get an email notification once it's live. Each month's live event dates and times will be shared by the 1st of the month. No worries if you can't make it live - all events are recorded and you'll be able to submit questions ahead of time.

While we love collaboration, your membership is individual use. We hope you love TCC so much that you want to share it with your teacher friends so they'll join us, too!
